The 4th annual Puerto Rico International Art Fair (Circa 09) takes place at the Puerto Rico Convention Center, April 16 – 20, 2009. The fair is one of the most important events for artists, galleries and collectors from the Caribbean and Central American regions as well as Europe and the mainland USA.
