Can you tell me are there any watersports activities at this beach for kids and young adults to be entertained? The adults will love the scenery and relaxation but it will probably drive the kids crazy. Thinking of taking a morning trip to El Yunque and then possibly this beach in the afternoon since we will be in the area.

Thank you for reminding me how much I loved my visit to Luquillo Beach! I went there last year with my parents, wife and daughter and loved it! Personally, I am going to say it is my favorite beach, best one I have ever been to. I enjoyed it more than Vieques and Culebra. It is not a resort beach so many people have not heard of it who are not from Puerto Rico. It is a very untainted beach were you can see your feet with water up to your chest. My fav spot is if you are facing the beach to the right, where the sand comes to a point. If you walk into the water at that point you will feel a mix of warm and cold water mixing by your feet. Very refreshing!
