2009 PGA Puerto Rico Open
This years Puerto Rico Open will take place March 9-15, 2009 at the Trump International Golf Club, Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
The tournament will see 132 PGA golfers battle it out for prize money totaling $3,500,000 and 250 FedExCup points. If you can’t be here in person don’t worry; the tournament will be broadcast on The Golf Channel.
Playing along with regular PGA players will be last years 2008 Puerto Rico Open Champion Greg Kraft, who will be joined by some local Puerto Rico players Rafael Campos (Winner of PR Amateur), Max Alverio (Winner of PR Qualifier), as well as players from recent Latin America tournaments.

Monday, March 9 – PGA TOUR Professional Practice Rounds & Pro-Am presented by Grupo Triple-S
Tuesday, March10 – PGA TOUR Professional Practice Rounds & Junior Clinic
Wednesday, March 11 – Official PGA Tour Pro-Am
Thursday, March 12 – First Round
Friday, March 13 – Second Round
Saturday, March 14 – Third Round
Sunday, March 15 – Fourth Round; Awards Ceremony following play (18th Green)
