Weather Alert: Tropical Storm Gaston

Still VERY ACTIVE here in the Caribbean. Tropical Storm Gaston needs to be watched as it makes it way west towards Puerto Rico. As with all Tropical Storms it is best to keep an eye on the latest forecasts and you can stay up to date on TS Gaston at our weather page as well as at the NHC

The Train Is Coming to Ponce

No, not the urban train that serves the San Juan area; but a train that will form part of the transport infrastructure for tourist who visit the Julio Enrique Monagas Park in Ponce. The Mayor of Ponce wants to have a train that will allow tourists to visit the Julio Enrique Monagas Park, the Convention Center, La Guancha and the Ponce Hilton Hotel. The initial plan will see the train servicing the Park; although at this time there is no dates for when work will commence.
