Smaller Residential Construction around Puerto Rico

I thought I would follow-up on my recent post about new residential construction around San Juan with some information about projects around Puerto Rico that are on smaller and more affordable scale.

There appears to be a lot of new residential projects going on throughout the island from simple single storey homes, walk-up complexes and larger gated communities. Areas such as Bayamon, Carolina, Cayey Caguas, Gurabo, Cabo Rojo and Luquillo to name a few all have new residential construction either on going or in the process of beginning.

More details can be found at the PrimaHora website. The information for the individual projects is in Spanish and so if you are like me and your Spanish is not quite up to speed you can try the following.

Got to the Google Translate website (www.google.com/translate_t) select ‘Spanish to English’ or what ever language you would like it translated to. Then either copy a piece of text and paste into the appropriate box or enter the website address (URL) in the box provided. This will give you a rough translation of the text on the page. The translation will not be perfect, but it will give you an idea.
