Play Golf In Puerto Rico
If you are planning a golf vacation, have you considered Puerto Rico? If it’s good enough for the PGA Tour (Puerto Rico will hold its first PGA Tournament in 2008), it should be on your list of potential golf destinations. Set in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico is blessed with great temperatures all year round and is an easy destination to reach from most major cities. If you are a US citizen or legal permanent resident, Puerto Rico has the added advantage of not requiring a passport to get here.
The island has several world class golf courses designed by top professional’s including; George Fazio, Gary Player, Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Tom Kite who designed The Cocoa Beach Golf and Country Club, which will be the venue for the 2008 PGA Puerto Rican Open.
