Grammy’s: A Shout out for…….

Well tomorrow night is the 49th annual Grammy Awards and I just wanted to give a shout out for a local band from here in Puerto Rico…. Black:Guayaba have been nominated for ‘Best Latin Rock, Alternative or Urban Album’ for their debut album ‘Los Demás Es Plástico’.

Black:Guayaba are a five piece band that started playing together in 2000.  The band members are: Gustavo González (“Gust”), Javier Morales (“Javi”), Carlos Ortiz (“Toro”), Carlos Colón and Gabriel Calero (“Gaby”) .  To get a feel for their music, check out there website at www.blackguayaba.com
