		<description>I had to go back through your blog to see what all you had written about PR. In regards to your post about &quot;Driving...me mad!&quot;, all I have to say is AMEN! 

If the other drivers weren&#039;t enough to make you crazy, the potholes, narrow winding roads (in the mountains), lack of road markings (yellow stripes, reflectors), signs obscured by trees or algae, cars parked EVERYWHERE, etc., will certainly make someone rethink how they drive. Honestly, they need to create a Puerto Rican driver&#039;s manual complete with a customized training facility to just keep people safe.
